The service
CatchON TV provides login details that let compatible third-party player apps stream live channels and on-demand content over the internet. Player apps are made by independent developers and are not part of the service.
Your account
- Each plan covers the number of simultaneous connections stated at purchase.
- Keep your login private. Sharing it beyond your plan’s connections may lead to suspension.
- Channel availability, line-ups and picture quality can change over time and are not guaranteed for any specific channel.
Acceptable use
You are responsible for using the service in line with the copyright, broadcasting and consumer laws of the country you are in. Re-streaming, reselling or publicly displaying content is not permitted.
Payment, renewal and refunds
Plans are paid upfront for their full term. Refunds are handled under the refund policy.
Limitation of liability
The service depends on your internet connection, device and chosen player app. We are not liable for interruptions caused by them or by events outside our reasonable control.
